Each session lasts about an hour and costs £60. Some people need only one or two sessions, but a typical course of therapy would be around four to six sessions.
The majority of my clients come with some kind of anxiety, for example “Worrying about what People think” , “Fear of being judged”, “What if I can’t do that”, “What if such and such happens”, or “What if I’m not good enough”. These sorts of anxieties, if left to their own devices, get bigger and bigger like a snowball until they start to affect all areas of our lives. They don’t have to. I can help you to let them go.
Each session involves talking, counselling using NLP therapy techniques, and hypnosis. You’ll like being in a trance, it’s very relaxing and you can be sure of feeling comfortable and at ease.
Your therapy is tailored to you as an individual. Everyone’s problems and issues are different and so, therefore, are the solutions.
I no longer do “one hit” smoking sessions, but ask that you commit to 3-4 standard sessions so that we can monitor your progress and ensure that you become a non-smoker completely and for good.
I also offer Breakthrough Sessions which last four hours and cost £240. A bit like a spring clean of the mind, these sessions can really give you a boost and set you on a new path.
